Introduction

Rosebrier Community School offers programming for Kindergarten to Grade 9 students. The school was established in 1902 and has the original one-room school house on site.  We are located in the County of Wetaskiwin approximately 28 km southeast of the City of Wetaskiwin. The school facility is bordered with grain and forage crops. The Rosebrier district is primarily an agricultural community with the traditional values associated with a rural community. Rosebrier is not incorporated as a hamlet, and no facilities for commerce are present. The major centers of Wetaskiwin, Hobbema, Camrose, and Ponoka serve the needs of our community members.  

Our school enrollment in 2008-09 included 92 students in Kindergarten to Grade 9.

Programs & Services

Students receive a full academic program complemented by team sports, a Music program, Industrial Arts, Home Economics, Multimedia Computer course, as well as a variety of other option courses.
