WRPS Schools Lose an Additional $300,000.00

In 2007 the provincial government and provincial ATA negotiated a salary increase tied to Alberta's Average Weekly Earnings Index. On February 2, an arbitrator ruled that teachers are owed the difference of 1.17 percent. The difference will cost WRPS approximately $300,000.00.
