Time Capsule to be Opened

October 5, 1992, the current Principal Mr. Hitchcock and Vice-Principal Mr. Peter Murray of Norwood School had a time capsule sealed within the walls of the Norwood School

On Friday, October 13, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. the capsule will be opened after 25 years of being stored in the wall.

Join us as we go back in time to 1992 to discover what the staff and students of Norwood School wanted to share with the students of 2017.

If you have or had a connection with Norwood School and are interested in finding out what is behind the wall plan on joining us for this event.

The plaque on the wall in Norwood School reads:

We invite future students, Teachers and Administration of Norwood School to open the contents of the time capsule located behind this dedication plaque in twenty - five years.  October 5, 2017.

Mr. Hitchcock, Principal
Mr. Peter Murray, Vice-Principal

Hi,

I was in grade 3, Mrs. Wilsons class i believe when this capsule was made. Unfortunately i am in Europe until later this month. Is there a way to come and view the capsule when I'm back home?

Thank you,
